Who you will be dealing with

Alan qualified as a solicitor in 1996, having trained with our predecessor firm, Colin Taylor Solicitors. He became a partner in 2001, when the firm became Taylor Lewis Solicitors, and has been its Sole Principal since 2006.

He specialises in all aspects of criminal law, including road traffic offences, and has dealt with numerous high-profile cases, including murder, manslaughter, serious drug cases, offences of violence and sexual offences.

Alan appears regularly in police stations and magistrates’ courts across Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire. Whoever works on your matter, it is supervised by him.

Colin heads the firm’s conveyancing and probate work, supported by two very experienced members of staff who work closely with him. He is also one of the two solicitors in our criminal department.

The firm grew out of Colin Taylor Solicitors, and Colin has practised in these areas of law for more than four decades.
